Ethical Recruitment

We work only with licensed employers and legitimate job offers. We do not charge workers prohibited fees, and we provide clear information about roles, contracts, and destination-country requirements before deployment.

Immigration and Labour Compliance

Our team supports work-permit applications, visa documentation, and embassy liaison in line with both Asian origin-country and EU destination-country requirements. Employers are expected to meet local labour laws, safety standards, and contract obligations.

Data Protection and EU Hosting

Personal data is collected only for defined recruitment purposes and shared on a need-to-know basis. We maintain access controls, retention schedules, and staff confidentiality obligations.

Our website, CMS, form submissions, and core recruitment databases are hosted on servers located in Europe. This supports consistent data-protection practices for workers and employers engaging with our EU-facing services. Cross-border transfers for visa or placement purposes are limited to what is necessary and documented in our Privacy Policy.

Quality Assurance

Candidate vetting includes skills assessment, document verification, and health screening where required. We monitor placement outcomes and maintain post-arrival support programmes to help workers integrate successfully.
