Recruit Asian provides international recruitment, talent sourcing, compliance support, and related placement services connecting Asian workers with European employers. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in separate service agreements or engagement letters.

3. Employer Responsibilities

Employers using our services must:

  • Provide accurate role requirements and lawful employment offers
  • Comply with applicable labour, immigration, and anti-discrimination laws in their jurisdiction
  • Honour agreed contracts, wages, and working conditions for placed candidates
  • Cooperate with visa, work-permit, and compliance processes

4. Worker Responsibilities

Workers using our services must:

  • Provide truthful information about skills, experience, and qualifications
  • Cooperate with vetting, medical checks, and documentation requirements
  • Comply with destination-country immigration and employment laws

5. Fees and Payment

Fees are due as specified in client agreements. Government charges, visa fees, and third-party costs may apply and are disclosed during the engagement process unless otherwise stated.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Recruit Asian shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a specific placement engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited by applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on our platforms remain the property of Recruit Asian or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute our content without written permission.

8. Service Infrastructure

Our websites, digital forms, and operational systems run on servers hosted in the European Union. By using our online services, you acknowledge that your submissions and account-related data may be stored and processed in Europe in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
